Students of Duhok Polytechnic University Achieve an International Award

In a new scientific achievement, students of Duhok Polytechnic University, under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Mand Kamal Askar, have been officially selected as recipients of the Outstanding Student Chapter Award for the year 2025, which is granted by the American Concrete Institute.
This achievement was attained after the student chapter at Duhok Polytechnic University successfully fulfilled all international requirements and criteria of the aforementioned institute, through conducting scientific activities, seminars, and advancing academic standards at both national and global levels in the field of concrete engineering.
Among the key highlights of this achievement is the international recognition it brings to Duhok Polytechnic University, placing it among leading universities worldwide. It also reflects the high level of innovation and academic work demonstrated by the student chapter at the university. Furthermore, this accomplishment will enhance the university’s collaboration with several distinguished American and international universities that were recognized within the same list.
On this occasion, the Presidency of Duhok Polytechnic University extends its congratulations to the students and faculty members involved in this success, and highly appreciates the significant role of Assist.
