For the purpose of reviewing and deliberating on several critical university matters, the third meeting of the University Council was held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ari Adel, President of Duhok Polytechnic University. The session took place at the University Presidency building, attended by all council members along with representatives of the faculty and students.

At the commencement of the session, Prof. Dr. Ari Adel extended her congratulations to the attendees on the occasion of the New Year. She outlined a series of directives and regulations from the University Presidency, emphasizing the necessity of identifying strategic solutions to increase university revenue. Subsequently, the council discussed several main agendas Items, as follows:

First Agenda Items: Addressed administrative and financial affairs.

Second Agenda Items: Focused on scientific affairs, postgraduate studies, and the awarding of academic titles.

Third and Fourth Agenda Items: Dedicated to Quality Assurance and student-related affairs.

Fifth Agenda Items: Discussed the Directorate of General Registration and graduation certificates.

Final Agenda Items: Covered the Directorate of Capacity Building and Laboratories, specifically regarding the implementation of the "Entrepreneurship" curriculum across all technical colleges and institutes within Duhok Polytechnic University.
