On 22 October 2026, Dr. Dilsher Ahmed Mohammed, Dean Technical College and Institute of Zakho, accompanied by members of the staff, welcomed a delegation from Mosul Technical Institute.

During a meeting, the Dean welcomed the visiting delegation and highlighted their role in advancing scientific relations and the importance of academic cooperation between the two institutes. He also emphasized the significance of such academic visits in bringing the two institutions closer through practical engagement within the college and institute. These visits aim to enhance preparedness and scientific capabilities, as well as facilitate the exchange of information, administrative knowledge, and shared experiences, thereby contributing to the further development of the educational process at both institutes.

Subsequently, the Dean, accompanied by members of the Council and the visiting delegation, conducted a field tour of the students’ theoretical and practical classrooms, laboratories, departmental equipment, the library, and several other facilities of the institute. The visit aimed to familiarize the delegation with work procedures, the current state of the educational process, and classroom organization.
