Mosul

As part of strengthening scientific and academic relations and cooperation between Technical College of Health and Medical - Shekhan of Duhok Polytechnic University, the College of Nursing at University of Mosul, the Medical Technical Institute at Northern Technical University, and the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Noor University, and under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Bzav Naji, Dean of Technical College of Health and Medical - Shekhan, a delegation comprising heads of scientific departments and academic staff members conducted a scientific visit on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, to the aforementioned colleges and institutes.

The delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Tahseen Mohsin Hussein, Dean of the College of Nursing; Assist. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Fadhil Hameed, Dean of the Medical Technical Institute; Prof. Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar, President of Noor University; and Prof. Dr. Yasar Yahya Hussein, Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at the same university.

The visit included tours to the scientific departments and medical laboratories of the colleges and institute to review the scientific and technical facilities as well as laboratory work mechanisms.

At the conclusion of the visit, the deans of the colleges and institute emphasized the importance of sustaining communication and joint cooperation in a manner that contributes to enhancing scientific and academic services among the participating institutions.
