Participants should have some leadership experience & problem-solving. This Young Health Program Volunteering opportunity in One Young World Summit gives you a chance to participate in some workshops also. Participants with any Academic Background are eligible to apply from all the countries with any Nationality.

About One Young World Summit

Through the world summit Young Health Programme (YHP), AstraZeneca works to engage and empower young people by providing them International youth opportunities, Volunteer Experience & Leadership Activities with information so that they can make healthy choices for future results.
This year, AstraZeneca is collaborating with One Young World to offer 21 scholarships in Europe (Germany) to inspiring young leaders to attend the One Young World Summit 2020 in Munich, Germany.
In addition to attending the Summit, YHP scholars will participate in a pre-Summit skills-building workshop to meet the delegation, share information about their background and get prepared for what will be an incredible experience in Munich.
The Forum encourages Youth to Participate in this International Youth Forum.

Financial Coverage

The One Young World International Youth Forum is a Fully Funded all Expenses covered Youth forum for all the Participants.

Access to an exclusive Youth Health Programme pre-Summit workshop.
Hotel Accommodation in Munich on a shared basis between 12 and 17 (inclusive) October 2020.
Return Airfare Plane/train ticket outside of Germany.
Visa Fee
Catering includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner between 12 and 17 October.
Ground transportation between Summit venues in Munich.
Pocket money on daily basis.
Reimbursement of the Schengen visa application fee (if applicable).
Reimbursement of reasonable out of pocket expenses connected with traveling to and from the Summit.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have 18-35 years for applying to this youth summit.
Leadership ability in championing and galvanizing stakeholders around their chosen cause or issue.
Evidenced commitment to addressing health and wellbeing in a local, national or global community, with a specific focus on child and adolescent health and/or disease prevention and/or social determinants of health programming.
A problem-solving and quick thinker.
Concern for local and global issues.
Capable of doing work in a team
Must have Some Leadership skills.
