This section deals with all aspects of university employees, including teaching staff, resignation, retirement, vacations, promotions and allowances. The department seeks to develop and use the best modern means of introducing information related to university employees for the purpose of facilitating transactions.

. 1 - Improving the quality of work in the management of Human Resources University from the perspective of achieving the vision of the university.
2 - Providing and strengthening the environment to help increase the effectiveness of the human resources of the university through the educational and administrative bodies at the levels of the presidency of the university and colleges and institutes of technical, administrative and medical.
3. Providing high-quality services in the areas of personnel affairs, rights and duties.
