 The Vision :

The primary mission of Business Administration department is to provide degree and certificate candidates the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for transfer and career success. Our degree programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs which attests to our high standards and excellence in teaching. Along with our degree and certificate programs the Department of Business Administration offers co-curricular activities that assist students in achieving their academic, personal and career goals.The business administrationdepartment is one of the most vital departments in Duhok technical Institute, Dohuk Polytechnic University.  This department provides craft and academic information on the business administration field. So, this department will contribute to provide the market sector in Kurdistan Region with the business administration that are able to perform the business administration tasks and to develop them.

 The Mission :

We aspire to become a leading metropolitan department of business, recognized for the quality of our academic programs and our graduates, will further our reputation as the region’s leading provider of business education and expertise.To upgrade the accountancy profession and create a scientific environment that fosters business administration research and provides the markets with middle-class graduates labors with professional knowledge and academics, abilities and skills, and have ethical values that enable them to meet the challenges posed by the changing business environment through invent business administration, prepare research and seek to establish an effective relationship with the business environment and business administration.

The Objectives : 

To prepare accounting parties which are ready scientifically and practically for governmental nongovernmental sectors. 
Objectives and Description of the graduate Task:
  •      Direct and oversee an organization’s financial and budgetary activities
  •      Manage general activities related to making products and providing services
  •      Innovate by applying new technologies in the workplace
  •      Consult with other executives, staff and board members about operations
  •      Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements
  •      Appoint department heads and managers
