Holding a workshop

For the purpose of applying theEuropean Credit Transfer and Accumulation system (ECTS) and under the sponsorship of UNISCO a work shop has been held on 15th of April /2019 for three days in a row.
At the beginning the vice president of DPU for scientific affairs and public relations Dr. Zerak Azizkhan Ahmed delivered a speech on behalf of universities and technical institutes in Kurdistan region in which he welcomed representatives of south, central and north universities and appreciates their participation in the workshop.
